General Information

We ship all domestic orders via registered and trusted courier partners. Orders are typically dispatched within 48 to 72 hours from the time of placement.

Standard Delivery Timeline:

2 to 7 working days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays).

Domestic Shipping

Enjoy free shipping on all domestic orders INR 1999+

• For orders below INR 1999, shipping charges will apply based on the package's weight, volume, and destination.
• This offer is valid only for purchases made during the promotional period. Returns, exchanges, or purchases outside of this timeframe will not qualify.

Tracking & Delivery

Once your order is shipped, you'll receive an email with your tracking number and courier partner details.

• Track your order on our website under My Account > Order Status, or directly on the shipping partner’s website using the tracking number.

• Delivery Attempts: Our delivery partners will attempt delivery up to three times. If unsuccessful, the order will be returned to us.

• No refunds will be issued for returned shipments due to missed delivery attempts.
• Ensure that your shipping address, pin code, and contact number are accurate to avoid delivery issues.
• No refunds will be issued for incorrect or incomplete shipping details.
