Return & Refund Policy

At Coffee Rituals (operated by Gladstone Enterprises), we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We offer a 14-day return window, meaning you have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return or replacement for eligible items.

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Coffee Equipment & Accessories: Items such as brewing gear, mugs, and accessories must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all original labels and tags intact.
  • Proof of Purchase: An order confirmation or invoice receipt is required to process any return.

2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your shipment upon delivery. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us at contact@coffeerituals.in or call +91-9599082283 within 14 days of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will arrange a free replacement or issue a full refund immediately.

3. Return & Reverse Pickup Process

  1. Request a Return: Email us at contact@coffeerituals.in with your Order ID and the reason for return.
  2. Doorstep Pickup: Once approved, our logistics partner will schedule a reverse pickup from your delivery address.
  3. Packaging: Securely pack the item in its original box. The pickup agent will provide and attach the shipping label at your doorstep.

4. Exchanges

We do not offer direct item exchanges. If you require a different product or brewing equipment, please initiate a return for the eligible item and place a separate order for the new item on our website.

5. Refunds & Processing Timeline

  • Inspection: Once your returned merchandise is received and inspected at our warehouse, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Method & Timeline: Approved refunds will be automatically processed back to your original payment method (Credit/Debit Card, Net Banking, or UPI) within 7 to 10 business days.
  • Fees: There are no restocking fees or return processing fees for approved returns.
